The Great Perkins Family

Dedicated to preserving and continuing the legacy of the Perkins Family!

Sometime ago, in the early 1800s or so (date not exactly known), there lived a man named Cubie Perkins who was the proud father of seven (7) children. There were three (3) girls named Arenda, Molly and Dolly, and and four boys named Buddy, Bay, Garfield and "the son" to whom this Perkins family honors his memory, Robert Perkins.

Robert Perkins was born in the year of 1828 in Stokes, North Carolina. He married twice, the first with Cora Williams. From this marriage, they were blessed with two (2) daughters: Dora and Verna. There were also two stepsons: Wilbur and Cal. The life of Robert Perkins touched many other lives in the space of seventy-six (76) years leaving a legacy of the two wives, 16 children, 2 step-children, 80 grandchildren, 167 great grand-children. Now let's honor a life well-lived, the life of Robert Perkins.
